Better World Fund Cannes 2024

Honoured to have engaged in discussions about gender equality and women in diplomacy at the recent Better World Fund conference! Having had my own business for many years operating in the field of high-tech satellite cybersecurity, I deeply understand the challenges women face in reaching leadership positions. This is why fostering discussions about gender equality at all levels, particularly in boardrooms, is absolutely critical since women often face steeper climbs to reach the top levels of the hierarchy. I have accepted with pleasure the invitation to sign the International Accords for Women in Diplomacy since it’s a cause I firmly believe in, and a vital step towards a more equitable future for all.
