HRH Princess Camilla’s stay in Hong Kong was enriched by several important diplomatic visits, during which she had the opportunity to engage in meaningful discussions and strengthen ties with key institutions. These included a productive meeting with Mr Algernon Yau Ying-Wah, Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development, and Mr Christile Drulhe, Consul General of France in Hong Kong and Macau.
Equally important were discussions with His Excellency Massimo Ambrosetti, Ambassador of Italy to China, and Carmelo Ficarra and Antonietta Cornacchia, Consuls General of Italy in Hong Kong, on initiatives to promote Naples’ rich cultural heritage in China.
Finally, an in-depth exchange with Mr. Chee-Chen Tung, Honorary Consul of Monaco in Hong Kong, reinforced the strong ties between Monaco and Hong Kong.
